Ruined my friends wedding. The hotel hosted a private event for hundreds of people without informing the newlyweds of the situation. These terrible guests harassed the bride, kept them up all night with partying and smoking. My friends tried their best to complain as politely as possible, but the hotel manager refused to take their calls during the following weeks. As of today, they ve still not recieved any compensation or a formal apology for the situation. I would not recommended this hotel to anyone who cares even the slightest about quality or customer service.
