The American Evaluation Association has been a game-changer for me. The conferences they organize are incredible and always leave me feeling inspired and motivated. The community they have built is so supportive, and I always feel welcomed and included. The resources available on their website are also amazing, and I find myself constantly referring back to them. Overall, AEA is doing an outstanding job of advancing evaluation practice, and I am grateful to be a part of their network.
