This company discriminated me during my interview ...

This company discriminated me during my interview process there last week. I met with Mr. Cox himself (the owner) after taking a math assessment and personality test for the administrative position for the sales department. I have 10+ years sales experience and have a bachelors degree, yet during my interview with Mr Cox he asked me why is it I'm changing fields (jewelry industry field I used to work in). Then he advised me to go check out the 2 jewelry manufacturers that he knew nearby and off course I'm going to say ok thank you and he even said to me that he wasnt trying to push me away from this application. Then he referred me to the human resource manager and the manager said to me the same thing, why am I not pursuing the jewelry field since I seem to be an expert. I'm sorry but is there a rule for wanting to change careers or work fields? They both said my resume is a match yet they directly were telling me to my face that I'm not going to fit in and that they want someone who wants to practically work there for the rest of their lives, but the owner was looking for a way to fit me in a related position and somehow create a relevance based on my past experience. I had written at least 5 years I would stay with the company but I guess that's not good enough! I wish there is some way where I can take further action because I really feel I was judged on my skills because of my past work experience and discrimination just shouldn't be tolerated, period.
