I had a mediocre experience with Tech Americas USA, Inc. The website was not very intuitive and I struggled to find the information I needed. The ordering process was quite cumbersome and I faced multiple issues along the way. The customer service was just average and it took longer than expected to get my queries answered. The product quality was below par and did not meet my expectations.
