I have recently taken my RAV4 for an oil change and check up. I used to use another 'quick-service oil change national company' but decided to go to Toyota since the prices were actually the same. I did have a long wait (about 2 hours) but I felt that they cared about the 'health' of my vehicle. Making an appointment with them gave me an opportunity to get some of 'homework' accomplished while I waited. I understand the reason (and success) of the quick-service oil change companies, but it you take time to schedule an appointment, this one negative (wait time) doesn't become an issue. The staff was friendly, professional and knowledgeable....all things you look forward to greeting you in the customer-service field
