I had a mixed experience with Bloom™ hearing specialists. While the staff was friendly and professional, and the facilities were clean and modern, the audiologist I saw seemed a bit rushed. They didn't take the time to fully explain the results of my test, and I left feeling a bit confused. However, the selection of hearing aids was extensive, and I was able to find one that suited my needs. Overall, the experience was average, but I believe they could improve in terms of personal attention and communication.
