I recently had the opportunity to work with this company for a project, and I must say, they provided an average experience. The website is well-designed and easy to navigate, which is a plus. However, I found the customer service to be lacking in responsiveness. It took quite some time for them to address my inquiries and sometimes I had to follow up multiple times. Additionally, the final result of the project was satisfactory, but it didn't quite meet my expectations. It lacked the wow factor I was hoping for. On the positive side, their pricing was reasonable and within my budget. Overall, I would say Zoco Estudio is an average company to work with. They have the potential to improve their customer service and exceed expectations in their work.
