I have been a customer of Cochran & Mann, Inc. for over five years and I must say their service is average. I have had both good and bad experiences with them. The staff is friendly and helpful, but sometimes they can be a bit slow in responding to my inquiries. The quality of their products is also hit or miss. Some items are excellent, while others are of low quality. Overall, I would say they are an average company.
