I picked up my credit for my television (CHF 1399) at Migros Kreuzlingen, Hauptstrasse 63.

First of all, I was sent from there to Migros Bank, as the credit is apparently paid out there. Then I went to Migros Bank.

There you would never have heard of the fact that you would pay out the credits there and that it would be incorrect information. I should try it directly at Melectronics in Seepark Kreuzlingen, which I then did.

When I was there, I was told that I had to pick up the payment in the branch where I went the first time (this is also on the form on it). A nice employee phoned Migros Service for a long time so that I wouldn't be sent back and forth.

Then I went back to Migros at Hauptstrasse 63. In the meantime I was on the road for 2 hours. Now an employee tried to give me this credit.

When prompted, I inserted my bank card into the device. And should get the credit.

Instead of transferring the credit to my account, I was debited CHF 1399 from my account !!!!

Only afterwards did the employee notice that she had made a mistake. And called me on the way home whether I could come back again.

I have now been on the road for 3 hours because of this credit and they tried again. Now it worked to credit me with the 1399 CHF. The 1399CHF that were debited to me before were apparently canceled, which is not true because I am missing 1399CHF on the account !!!!

Today I went back to the branch and wanted to speak to the branch manager. At first she didn't even want to come to the cash register to speak to me, but instead said over the phone I should come again tomorrow.

Now it was enough for me and I said I won't leave this shop until the branch manager has shown up at the checkout and tells me what's up !!

After waiting 10 minutes, the branch manager appeared and just told me to come back tomorrow - she couldn't do anything because the lady who had made this mistake was not there and she had no insight into certain documents.

it is under all pig that I am getting rid of and put off, although it is NOT my fault.

This is at least 1399CHF that is missing from my account and I do not feel that I am being taken seriously. If I don't get my money back tomorrow, I'll put everything in writing and take legal action.

I have never experienced something like that.
I hope that this text has an effect in some way and that other people don't have to go along with what I have to go through!
