Disgraceful company, kept on ringing for updates, ...

Disgraceful company, kept on ringing for updates, sent proof, this went on for 2 years,
Kept getting fobbed off, saying they would put a note on my file, always same story when I rung.
Also said a manager is dealing with it, and is on with my case,
When I ASKED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER
NO ONE AVAILABLE.
I then told them to delete me from there system and records,
The guy on the phone, did not not seem bothered about this.
WHAT A WASTE OF TIME THIS COMPANY IS,
DO NOT USE,
USE ANOTHER ROUTE OR COMPANY TO CLAIM..
