I recently purchased the Lexus IS 250. I was so impressed with our salesman, Barry Steinberg. His knowledge of the car and options was such a huge help to me. He went above and beyond to make sure this experience was a pleasant one for me. He explained Nalley Lexus dealership and all it offered to me as a customer. He introduced me to the service department, explaining what to expect when I bring the vehicle in to be serviced. The general manager came out and introduced himself to me. I have purchased a vehicle just about every year for the past 5 years and I can truthfully say I have never received the level of customer care I received from Nalley Lexus. I do expect our relationship to be a long one.
