My parents had a garage collapse in February of 2019 and their homeowners insurance is with Wisconsin Mutual. Unfortunately the claim process was extremely drawn out and my father died in a motorcycle accident 6 months later while their claim was still open. Their agent lacked a sense of urgency and when visiting my mother had little empathy to her situation. Communication was poor, many calls unanswered and emails had to be sent several times. Over a year after date of loss and finally getting the claim closed. Awful experience with this company.
