I have been a customer of Rockefeller University Press for a few years now and I must say that their service is average. The website, rupress.org, is easy to navigate and find the articles I am looking for. However, the customer support could be improved. Sometimes it takes a while to get a response to my inquiries and I find that frustrating. Overall, I would recommend Rockefeller University Press if you are looking for reliable scientific articles, but don't expect exceptional customer service.
