I recently used the services of this company for an energy audit, and I found the experience to be just average. The website provided some helpful information, but I did encounter a few broken links which made it difficult to find specific details. The customer service was responsive to my initial inquiries, but the communication throughout the process could have been clearer and more consistent. The actual audit itself was thorough and the technician was knowledgeable, but there were some delays in receiving the final report. Overall, I would say that my experience was satisfactory, but there is certainly room for improvement in terms of website functionality and communication.
