I recently worked with a local engineering firm and found the overall experience to be average. The team was professional and attentive to my project needs, however, I felt that communication could have been more proactive in terms of providing updates and addressing my inquiries in a timely manner. Although the quality of work delivered was satisfactory, I think there is room for improvement in terms of project management and client engagement. While the website is informative, it could benefit from a more user-friendly layout. Despite these areas for improvement, I appreciated the reliability and expertise demonstrated by the team and would consider working with them again if these aspects were strengthened.
