I had an average experience with Sylfen. The service was adequate, but nothing exceptional. The website was easy to navigate and the information provided was useful. However, I felt that the overall quality of the products was mediocre. The prices were also a bit higher than expected. Overall, I would say that Sylfen is an average company to do business with.
