My experience with this store has been horrible, to put it lightly. I bought a couch the first week of July and they could only deliver it three weeks later. Ok fine. However when the delivery day came, the delivery truck showed up but it didn t even have the Ashley Homestore logo on it. Then when the delivery people pulled the couch out of the truck and started unwrapping it, there was a small hole in the back. I was fully prepared to sign and take the damaged couch, but they refused, saying it was against their policy to deliver damaged goods and they couldn t deliver it because of claims . The rescheduled delivery date was made two weeks later and I just called today to confirm the delivery and they told me that the couch couldn t be delivered because it wasn t available. And they best part is that they claimed to have called me (they didn t) to inform me of this issue. Honestly, this experience has been awful from the moment I bought the couch. Go somewhere else for furniture.
