The rating is for Lucian. He is a great car advisor.

I could not give a poor review for him.

I left a voice mail expressing my displeasure on having to replace 2 rear tires at 27,000 miles.

The mark up is absurd and I got the same 2 tires for $243. That was with their own mark up.

Feel that based on the reviews of a 2017 Nv 200 T showing excessive wear early, means they need to be rotated every 2500 mikes.

Purchases a maintenance plan we should not have any cost on this car at 27,000 miles.

Those that own this car should get a big discount when the rear tires wear excessively at 27,000. We bought it with 4300 miles.
