My personal injury claim was dealt with by a female paralegal that provided ill advice, spoke down to me, didn t listen to my wishes, made incorrect assumptions; placed profit above my mental/personal interest; prolonged a case that could have been fast tracked by my own insurance legal team.

I felt that my personal interest/mental state had not been taken into account given the low monetary value of the claim and the subsequent distress it caused.
