I had a pretty average experience with Vidal e bonfadini telecomunicacoes. The service was not exceptional but it was not terrible either. The internet connection was stable most of the time, although there were a few instances where it went down unexpectedly. The customer support was decent, but there is definitely room for improvement. Overall, I would say it was an okay experience.
