If only I could give a zero star review, I would. I am beyond thankful that I INSISTED on placing a reserve on my property. That kept it from being sold to a low-baller who showed up. This company has $45,000.00 of mine that they said they would use to attract the best, nationally known buyers to the auction. Two bidders registered. Both the bidders were from with-in 2 miles of the house!! One bidder actually bid, and that was $50,000.00 below my reserve. J.P. King told me I was lucky to get a bid at all. Then the lone bidder couldn't consummate the deal and King split the escrow in half with me. After the sale fell through I was reminded by them that they had the exclusive right to show and sell the house for an additional 90 days after the auction date. Please be wary of these guys. Please read their contracts closely. Please look at other auction houses.
