I had a mixed experience with Vital Syntheticlabs. While their products are good, I found their customer service to be lacking. The staff was not very helpful and it took a long time to get a response to my queries. The quality of their synthetic materials is top-notch, but the delivery times were quite long. Overall, it's an average experience with room for improvement.
