I recently had the opportunity to rent some equipment from a local service, and unfortunately, the experience was not quite what I had hoped for. The selection was limited, and I found the quality of the equipment to be subpar. 🚧

Communication was also a bit of a challenge. my inquiries were met with delayed responses, making the whole process feel less organized. Additionally, the pricing was not as competitive as I expected, leaving me feeling like I could have found better value elsewhere.

Overall, I think there are definitely improvements that could be made to enhance customer satisfaction. 🔧
