Toast or Bread is an average company. The quality of their products is decent, but nothing extraordinary. I've tried their bread and it tastes alright, but I've had better. The customer service could also be improved, as I found the staff to be a bit dismissive. Overall, it's an okay option if you're in a pinch and need a quick meal, but there are definitely better places out there.
