Bought a 2019 Kona and am extremely happy with the purchase. The overall buying experience with Vanessa was great! There's been more communication than I'd prefer after the purchase from the Dealership, but with the best of intentions. We were assisted immediately upon walking onto the lot, and the wait to get into the finance office was the longest part of the experience. Which was long...approx. 2hrs because there was another customer ahead of us and only one rep in that dept. Overall the process far exceeded my low expectations of car buying, but could do better to keep purchase prepared customers moving along.
