This is one of the unprofessional gym I have been to in MA. After cancelling my membership, they have charged me, when I call them they reply with the message that Gym manager will revert but they dont even reply/call back even after several (6 to be exact) calls and follow up. and then, they send an email about sending my profile to payment collector. they dont even check the account or send an normal email requesting for reason of discontinuing. I wish I COULD HAVE NEGATIVE BUTTON ON GOOGLE.
