As a CUSTOMER, I have been using Total Mobile for several months now and I must say, their service is average at best. The website is subpar and the overall user experience could definitely use improvement. However, the customer support is great and the team is always quick to respond to any issues or questions. The pricing is also reasonable which is a plus. Overall, it's not the best, but it gets the job done.
