I had a mixed experience with Ihsa - international housewares shippers association. Some aspects were great, while others were not so satisfactory. The customer service was excellent, with prompt responses to my queries and a helpful attitude. However, the shipping process was average, as there were delays in delivering my order. Overall, I would rate them as average.
