Great staff who did their best to make our experience positive. Review would have been far worse if not for their efforts. I home someone invests more in this team.
Also, they have a fantastic pool that is a clear highlight of the property.

Cons:
The property feels old and is lacking investment. Rooms are a bit dated and definitely underlit. There are a lack of charging points (basic indicator of an updated room)
Food was terrible the first 2 days we were there. The staff made a push after we provided feedback and the breakfast on the last day was solid. But overall their buffet lacks the range, quality and spread of other name-brand hotels.

There is potential here but for some reason the property doesn't live up to it's potential. Not sure if it's lack of investment or direction at the top, but it felt like a mixed experience reflected by a mixed review.
