I have been using the roads maintained by the highway dept in Rotterdam for years now and I must say, the condition of the roads is always top-notch. They are smooth, well-paved, and devoid of any potholes. The team does a commendable job in ensuring the roads are safe for commuting. Kudos to the entire highway dept!
