Terrible!

Terrible!
We had company visiting and took the kids to the park. The park had some kind of power outage and closed after being open for only 2 or 3 hours. The only refund you could get was a pass to come back, no money, not even if you were from another state and might not ever come back. When I went in the park the girl at the gate did not give me back my ticket stubs so all I had was the receipt for $141.28 that I paid for 2 adults and 2 kids. They would give me no passes or refunds. The supervisor a lady named Kathy Holman raised her voice and told me not to holler even though she was raising her voice at me. She also called security and threatened me. Someone in the crowd suggested I call the Sheriff's Dept. and complain. So Kathy said "go ahead that's who we pay for security out here" kind of suggesting the police were on their payroll. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO RUDELY IN PUBLIC BY A SUPERVISOR OF A COMPANY. Save your money! If you go here and have a problem they won't care. I also called their office to complain but a supervisor would not come to the phone.
