I recently completed a self-defense course with Pugh Self-Protection & Combatives, and it was fantastic. The instructors were knowledgeable and experienced, and they created a supportive learning environment. The techniques they taught were practical and not reliant on physical strength. I feel much more confident in my ability to protect myself now.
