All too often people complain when things go wrong, my philosophy is that we should similarly recognize and reward good service.

Had a tough time getting my spa serviced just before the Thanksgiving holiday and somehow stumbled upon Olympic. They were timely in arriving and performed initial repairs on an old gas heater and did get it functioning. Unfortunately it subsequently quit again due to general wear and tear. The service man came out a second time, at no charge, and worked diligently to definitively diagnose the issue. I was out of town so my wife took notes to share with me at a later point. To my surprise, Olympic also took the time to follow up and provide the diagnosis and detailed part information by email. They were fair, reasonable and super to work with.
