I have been a customer of Baufi24 Service GmbH for over a year now and I must say their service is average. They have been responsive to my queries and provided me with the necessary information regarding their products. However, there have been a few instances where I had to follow up multiple times to get a resolution. Overall, I would rate their service as average.
