This was one of the worst experiences that's I've ever had. When you first walk in everything appears to be beautiful however that view quickly changed when we got to our rooms. The room was very outdated and our shower didn't even work. We also had to take the stairs because the elevator didn't work. I personally got stuck in the elevator 3 times. The wifi connection was terrible. Although the it was a "resort", almost nothing was inclusive.Overall I was very disappointed considering the amount that I had to pay for the rooms. This resort could be so much better.
