Jen-tek graphics is an average company. Their website, jen-tek.com, is informative and easy to navigate. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. The staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful, which was disappointing. Overall, I would say my experience with Jen-tek graphics was just okay.
