I would avoid doing business with such an unscrupulous company. They currently owe 700K to a sub contractor for a state project that has been finished for 6 months. To date, they refuse to pay and are using legal loopholes to avoid doing so. All the work was performed to exceptional standards by a company in business 30+ years and according o their contract rules.
