On two separate occasions during our stay we received a knock on our door during the late afternoon and when we answered, the member of staff appeared surprised, asked if we were "OK" and moved on. At the end of the stay, we noticed a number of anomalies on the mini bar bill which we asked front desk to investigate. They said they would but charged us for all the disputed mini bar items after we checked out. This is the second time this has happened (the other being at the ACE Hotel in London).

There are two construction sites adjacent to the hotel and their site hours are 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday.
