I am a CUSTOMER and I rate MKT as average. The website mktsh.net is okay, but it could be better. The user experience is decent, but there are some areas that need improvement. The overall design is good, but the navigation could be more user-friendly. I would recommend MKT for their products, but they need to work on their website.
