Terrible services at the front desk. Wouldn't let ...

Terrible services at the front desk. Wouldn't let me check in after employer paid for my stay for CEU Conference. Only provided room service once out of three days, didn't allow for late check out even though the conference was still happening, locked me out of my room, didn't resolve payment issues with my employer even after given their number, harassed me about paying even after they were supposed to contact payee. I won't be going here again.
