The experience I had with ATS Group was satisfactory. While the technicians were able to resolve the technical issues I faced, I felt that the overall service could have been better. The communication with the customer support team was not as smooth as I expected. However, they did provide solutions to my problems in a reasonable time frame. With some improvements in their service, ATS Group has the potential to be an excellent technology service provider.
