Intermec's website is decent, providing all the necessary information about their products and services. The barcode scanners they offer are reliable and get the job done. It would be great if they could improve their customer support response time, as there were a few instances where I had to wait a bit longer than expected to get assistance. Overall, an okay experience with Intermec.
