Visiting a Nordic Choice-hotel is always a pleasure (QHF is partly privately owned, BTW). They manage to have that personal touch, even if they are in a chain.
And, as always, it is the people who make the difference.
From the night watchman, who had worked with dogs during military service, to the dog lover who worked in the kitchen, to the manager, to the young man I had long discussions about faith last time I was there... A good hotel.
And getting a room with a tub without asking for it... Thank you!
As the town of Fredrikstad is so beautiful, and it also have the old fortress town just a short - and free! - boat ride away, I can only recommend a visit ASAP
Oh yeah. I forgot. Thanks for making a doggie bag so that #trollheads_nessi could do a little patience training!
