Service was great, but not happy that my cleaning ...

Service was great, but not happy that my cleaning is taking up 2 half days. Dont understand how we use to go & get a cleaning within a 4 hour period & now it's taking 8 hours to do. Makes it very hard when you live out of town & have to make 2 trips.
Still like it because it's free, but ???
