I had a rather mixed experience with Move it Easy. While the initial communication and booking process were smooth, the actual moving day didn't go as smoothly as I had hoped. The movers arrived late and seemed a bit disorganized. However, they were apologetic and managed to complete the move without any major issues. It could have been better, but it also could have been worse.
