I have been banking with Fnb for a few years now. The customer service is top-notch and the staff is always professional. The online banking platform is easy to use and I appreciate the convenience it offers. However, I do find their fees to be a bit on the higher side compared to other banks. Nonetheless, I am generally satisfied with their services.
