We had the pleasure of working with Larry and Christian when we decided to build a new home on property that had never had a previous site plan or engineering done before. Christian really took the lead and always made a point of checking in and keeping us up to date on progress . It is our first experience with many of the processes and procedures required to do so and Larry Paggi Engineering was terrific in guiding us through this labrynth! Keeping customers in the loop is a refreshing strong point of this business.Their knowledge of local municipal requirements, property design expertise, professionalism, and overall helpfulness was incredible. They were able to be onsite whenever necessary and also expedited any site plan changes required by the architect and local municipality to help keep the project on time. If we had any questions as to contractor references, advice on best practices, or just reassurances ~ they addressed it all with care, kindness and old fashioned good advice! This has been a great experience for us.
