The crew at Killer Dana Surf shop are how it s supposed to be. I remember a day in my life where great customer service was the goal for every business. Those days are long gone with bottom line on everyone s mind. I am new to Dana Point and I am the type of person who likes to go to a place and support the community weather it s going to the local coffee shop or a for a bite. I want to get a sense of the community, who lives in it and support it. I walked into Killer Dana about a month ago and I was greeted by a great staff. Every time I go back I am welcomed. I have found surf shops can be one of the toughest places to go and feel welcomed. They re usually clicky or just way to cool for me. Not Killer Dana. This is how a local surf shop should be. Cool, friendly, and happy to help. Sure we re talking T-shirts and sunscreen, but they do T-shirts and sunscreen better than I ve seen in years. Thanks for welcoming me to neighborhood like the old days.
