Katie Goss took my case and dropped the ball. After mucking things up for me she dropped my case entirely because her case load was too heavy. The worst part is that she filed incorrect documents with the court and set my case back and then charged me for it. It was criminal. She and the firm apologized and refinanced me for some of it, but they still took soo much of my money for literally no work at all and delayed this painful process for me. Shameful.
