I recently had the opportunity to work with Blue Yarn Media and overall, I had an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and provided a decent amount of information about their services. However, I found the customer support to be lacking. It took a while to receive responses to my inquiries and the communication seemed a bit disorganized at times. Nevertheless, the work that was delivered was of decent quality and met my expectations. The team was professional and friendly throughout the process. The pricing was also reasonable compared to other companies in the industry. If they improve their customer support, it could definitely enhance the overall experience for clients. Overall, I would rate Blue Yarn Media as average.
